This is where we can see the space firsthand, take measurements and photos, and refine the project scope together. We'll discuss materials, potential challenges, and explore different options in more detail. This visit is essential for accurate planning. Proposal and Presentation: After the on-site visit, we'll develop a detailed proposal that includes a comprehensive estimate, a clear scope of work, and a realistic project timeline. We'll then schedule a meeting to present this proposal to you, walk you through the details, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

We started our company 20 years ago and started remodeling in NE Portland. We have allowed the wave of all types of construction projects remodels, extensions, and new construction.
